Ingredients

    0.75 tsp Pepper, black
    0.75 tsp Pepper, white
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Cain's ground cumin (by MAMAHOYT)
    0.33 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Paprika
    1.5 tsp Salt
    4 lb Beef ribs
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce

Tips

Great recipe, because the grease is removed from the slow cooker before adding the sauce!


Directions

Combine rub ingredients mixing well. Rub on all sides of ribs. Place ribs meaty side up in crock pot. Cover; cook on low for 6 hours. Drain the grease frm the crock. Place the ribs back in and cover with sauce. Cook for another hour.
