Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup, diced Celery, chopped
    1/4 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 12.5 oz Kirkland Canned Chicken Breast in Water, well-drained
    (yields 8 oz of chicken)
    2 cup Broccoli, chopped
    1 cups Chicken Stock
    1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    2 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce
    2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Tips

Serve over Rice, Quinoa, or grain of your choice. This is not included in the nutrition calculations.


Directions

In a large Frying pan, on high heat add oil. When oil is hot add celery, green peper, onion and cabbage. Cook about 5 minutes until cabbage begins to turn limp. Add Chicken and broccoli and cook 3 minutes.

Mix chicken stock with red pepper, Oyster sauce, soy sauce and ginger. Pour into the vegetable mix and bring to a boil. Turn to a simmer and cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes cook for 1 minute and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1-cup servings
