Introduction

Mix of tomatoes, broccoli, kidney beans and brown rice. Mix of tomatoes, broccoli, kidney beans and brown rice.

Ingredients

    8 cups broccoli, chopped and steamed
    1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 1/3 cups brown rice
    2 cups diced tomatoes, drained
    2 cups tomato sauce
    1 tsp cumin seed
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast



Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees convection.

Cook rice as per package instructions. Mix with all other ingredients in a large casserole dish.

Cook uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes.
