Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Honey
    1/2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Black Pepper (Ground)
    1/4 cup, Pecan halves

Tips

I stir my melted butter with the tbsp measure so when I measure the honey it comes out of the spoon easily.


Directions

Melt butter. Add Honey, mustard, Wocestershire Sauce, salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
Spread sauce over the pieces of meat.
Crush pecan halves in a little bag with a rolling pin or mallet. Sprinkle over the pieces of meat.
Bake in the oven for time required to bring meat to desired temperature.

Serving Size: should glaze and encrust four pieces of meat
