    300 grams Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER OAT LIFE, plain
    0.3 cup (not packed) Raisins
    1 serving Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz
    30 nuts Hazelnuts
    2 oz Cashew - Raw (~1oz, 1/4 cup, or 28g) (by LUCKLYS)
    180 grams Honey
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

heat the honey (not boil)
mix everything
put honey on top
bake for 30 min
