Ingredients

    2 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 cup Milk, 1%
    2 tbsp Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% Butter
    5 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°. Steam broccoli; drain well. In a large saucepan, melt butter over high heat. Once butter is melted combine soup, milk and 1 1/2 cup cheese. Reduce to medium heat and heat about 4-5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir in the broccoli until well coated.
2. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and crackers are golden brown. Yield: 7 servings.
