Ingredients

1 bag of Pasta (any short pasta will work fine)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz) Tomato sauce
1 med sized onion
1 can (4 oz) Diced green chiles, La Victoria are very good
1 tsp Chili powder
salt
pepper
3/4 c. shredded american cheese
Directions
Cook pasta. Brown ground beef and drain out grease. Dice up the whole onion. Add tomato sauce, diced onion, whole can of green chiles (don't drain first), chili powder to ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix pasta and beef and sauce mixture together and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
Serves 8
Good with a small spoonful of light sour cream on top.
