Introduction
A great alternative to straight mayonnaise for sandwiches, salads, or dipping sauces (it's fantastic with roasted sweet potato wedges). I use Hain's Safflower mayonnaise to make this (b/c it doesn't contain transfats), but you could use whaterver mayo you prefer--use low fat if you like to cut the calories even further. But I guarantee it'll be love at first bite! A great alternative to straight mayonnaise for sandwiches, salads, or dipping sauces (it's fantastic with roasted sweet potato wedges).
