Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2 tbsp Butter (Challenge Spreadable Butter w/Canola Oil) (by SEVENHOLMES)
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Beat Egg Until Fluffy
Add milk & melted butter
Add dry ingredients, mix well,
Heat griddle, pour small amount of batter into pan, when bubbles appear, turn and cook other side.

Serving Size: Makes 9 Small Pancakes
