Ingredients

    3 cup Oats, Quaker
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh
    3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Mash bananas and whisk in eggs and vegetable oil. Add oats and let soak for a few minutes. Add applesauce, cinnamon, chia seeds and berries. Mix well. Put in 8x8 square pan lined with parchment and bake for about 30 minutes at 360 F. Cool on wire rack.
