This is an awesome lasagna! We used regular lasagna noodles (not the no bake kind) and it soaked up a lot of the extra water from the spinach. I recommend using more fresh spinach than the recipe calls for, the frozen amount is fine. - 3/21/11

This recipe is amazing! I made this for a get together at my house and everybody loved it including the kids that didn't like veggies or lasagna. Use less broth or uncooked noodles. I made two pans and froze the second one before baking. It came out just as good as the first! It's one of my faves!!! - 9/4/08

This has been my go-to lasagna recipe since I first found it on AllRecipes! Love the flavors. I use a bit less cheese, and you do have to be careful with the broth not to make the sauce toooo watery, but oh it's SO good. Non-vegetarians like me don't even miss having some kind of meat! - 7/16/13
