1 pkg ground round
2 cups tvp
2 large cans diced tomatoes
2 large cans water
8 cups assorted soaked beans
3 large stalks of celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp pepper or taste
1/2 tsp chili peppers
Directions
Make sure you have soaked the beans overnight.
Rinse beans and put all ingredients in large heavy bottomed pot. Simmer for several hours until thick, serve with a dollop of sour cream and bread.
