    16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Kale
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .75 cup carrots, shredded
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 tbsp Chipotle Chili Powder (by SUNNYH99)
    1tsp olive oil
    1/4c water


In a wok, brown ground beef with cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder, then drain, set aside. Add olive oil to wok along with onions. Saute until soft, then add cabbage and kale. Saute for another two to three minutes, then add water and cover. Allow to steam for about 5-7 minutes or until cabbage and kale are tender. Add frozen corn and shredded carrots. Return beef to the pan and combine. Cook for 2-3 more minutes to combine. Serve with sriracha if desired
