Ingredients

    32 oz Pork Tenderloin
    4 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Beef bouillon
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    10 grams Corn Starch
    10 grams Water, tap
    10 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked

Tips

Stir every so often.

For added interest put cooked stew into a pumpkin and back at 350 for two and a half hours. When serving be sure to scrap the sides for cooked pumpkin ~


Directions

1. Add cubed meat to heated oil spray and brown. Add water and bullion. Add Rosemary, parsley, and black pepper and cook for one hour.

2. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Mix corn starch in water to disolve and add to stew. Stir, cover and cook for another hour.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1 cup servings
