Ingredients

3.5 serving potatoes- shredded hash browns simply potatoes (1/2 cup)
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Milk, 1%
1.25 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Jimmy Dean All Natural Regular Pork Sausage (by DIGITALSHADOW)
Directions
Place hash browns in the bottom of a 8x8 pan. Cover hash browns with browned sausage and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of cheese. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup. Pour over sausage and cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Sprinkle balance of shredded cheese on top and bake for roughly another 20 minutes longer.
