    12 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk (by REDACTIONS)
    0.25 cup Farmers Market Organic Pumpkin Puree (by TANGO_MAUREEN)
    2 serving Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein - Unflavored (1scoop = 1 serving) (by REFERENCE)
    1 serving Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding(mix only)
    5 serving Stevia in the Raw
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions
