Ingredients

3.5 cup Asparagus, fresh
1 cup evaporated milk, fat free, from Walmart
.333 cup Chicken Broth, Fat Free, Fit & Active from Aldi
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Cut or break the asparagus into bite sized pieces and cook in a skillet with 1 C chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Put in the Vitamix and select Variable 1. Slowly move to Variable 10 then High. Blend on High for 6 minutes or until hot.
Turn down to Variable 2. Remove the lid plug and add the evaporated milk. Return lid and mix 10 more seconds. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
