Ingredients

    1 large egg lightly beaten
    0.25 tsp Salt
    2 cup unsweetened soy milk
    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine
Add whatever addition ingredients that float your boat
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake in greased 8x8 baking dish for 30 minutes
Uncover baking dish and continue cooking ~30 more minutes
