Ingredients

    3 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    6 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 lime yields Lime Juice
    1 tsp Chili powder
    .50 tsp Cumin seed
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Tips

Drain beans, cook and cool corn, chop veggies and combine. Shake olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices in a mason jar and pour over other ingredients with cilantro and toss.


Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill.
