Introduction

Ingredients

12 8" flour tortillas.
1 can of Rotel.
1 can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup.
1/4 large onion, chopped.
1 pound ground turkey.
1 can Ranch Style Beans.
Garlic powder, to taste.
black pepper, to taste.
salt, to taste.
chili powder, to taste.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the ground turkey, add in the chopped onion, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper and set aside. Heat Cream of Chicken soup and rotel in sauce pan together. Spray bottom of glass baking dish with light cooking spray. Lay 6 of the flour tortillas on the bottom of the dish, covering the bottom completely. Pour browned turkey mixture on top of flour tortillas, Pour 1 can of Ranch Style Beans on top of the turkey. Sprinkle half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beans. Pour soup and rotel mixture on top. Top the dish with the remaining flour tortillas. Back covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 30 minutes. When 5 minutes remain, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the cassarole. Top should be crispy and it should be bubbling. Let it stand for about 10 minutes and then serve.
Makes approx 8 servings. 2 inch squares.
