Introduction
This is a holiday treat for my family not an everyday thing. I could certainly healthy it up more than it is by using light or fat free cheese and subbing in a healthier cream choice but since it is a treat I chose to leave it as is. I like to change up the type of cheese or add extra vegetables such as peppers or mushrooms. This recipe yields two 9 inch pies. This is a holiday treat for my family not an everyday thing. Ingredients

6 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1 large Onions, raw
2 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
12 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400.
chop 1 large onion (or to taste)
brush frozen pie crusts with dijon mustard to taste
blend the eggs, heavy cream and milk in a bowl
layer cheese, ham and onion the pie crust making a top layer of cheese
divide egg and dairy mixture between the 2 pie crusts
bake for 40 minutes
crust will be golden and filling will be slightly jiggly
let stand for 5 to 10 minutes while filling sets
enjoy!
