Meatloaf with Leeks Meatloaf with Leeks
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 leeks, chopped and cleaned
    1/2 c bread crumbs

Directions

chop garlic and onion up finely. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all blended. Put into a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 350 until bubbly and cooked through-about 30-45 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
