Ingredients

    0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .66 cup Granulated Sugar
    .50 cup Cornstarch
    .50 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    .12 tsp Morton Salt
    4 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1 tbsp BUTTER~LandO'Lakes UNSALTED~SWEET

Tips

When choosing blueberries at the store look for 6 OUNCES or 170 GRAMS PACKAGINGof one container to =approximately 1 cup of berries so you will need to purchase 4 of these size containers of berries for this recipe.


Directions

1~Take out pre -made pie crust by Kroger and line pie pan with ONE crust.
2~Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit.
3~Mix all ingredients except butter in order, and then ~~lightly with the blueberries. DO NOT overmix with blueberries.
4~Dot the mixture with the tablespoon of butter.
5~Top with remaining pie crust.
6~Use fork or fingers to pinch the two crusts together ALONG THE EDGE OF THE PIE so that the pie itself will STAY TOGETHER AND NOT LEAK !
7~Put a cookie sheet directly UNDER the pie when baking in case of spillage!
8~Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
