Ingredients

    1.25 c flour
    .75 c corn meal
    .33 c sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 t salt
    1 c water
    .25 c canola oil
    1 lg egg, beaten

Directions

mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add water, oil and egg and mix until moistened. pour into 12 muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
