Introduction

Ingredients

    1 haas avocado, ripe, peel and pit removed
    3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp salt
    0.5 Tbsp lime juice

    1 6oz can chunk light tuna in water, drained
    1.5 tsp canola oil
    1 Tbsp vidalia onion, chopped finely
    3 Tbsp red bell pepper, chopped finely

    3 leaves red leaf lettuce
    3 flat-out light wraps (plain)

Directions

Makes 3 wrap sandwiches.

1. Make guacamole by mixing avocado, cilantro, garlic, salt, and lime juice in a bowl. Mash with fork until mostly creamy.

2. Mix tuna, onion, bell pepper, and canola oil in separate bowl.

3. For each sandwich, place a lettuce leaf on top of the flat-out wrap. Add 1/3 of the tuna mixture and 1/3 of the avocado mixture to one side of the center of the wrap. Roll up.
