Introduction

Simple low-fat vegan ice cream made with just two ingredients. Simple low-fat vegan ice cream made with just two ingredients.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    8 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter

Directions

Cut bananas into chunks, and then freeze.
Make up PB2 with a little more water than recommended.
Add the peanut butter and the banana to a food processor, and blitz for five minutes, until creamy.
Either serve immediately, or keep in an airtight container in the freezer (remove 15 minutes before you want to eat it).
Will keep in the freezer for a couple of weeks (if it lasts that long!).

Serving Size: Makes six servings
