Introduction

This throw-together always has my family wanting more. Sometimes I add dumplings to the final 20 minutes of cooking. This throw-together always has my family wanting more. Sometimes I add dumplings to the final 20 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients

    4 cups baby carrots
    2 cups celery
    2 gloves Garlic
    8 oz mushrooms
    1 large vadelia onion
    1 large green pepper
    4 medium red potatos
    2# beef, lean stew meat
    4 cups water

Directions

Chop all ingredients and place in large roasting pan. Pre-heat oven to 300. Place covered in oven for 90 min.
Can also make gravy the last 10 mins. of cook time.
