Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups baby carrots
    2 cups celery
    2 gloves Garlic
    8 oz mushrooms
    1 large vadelia onion
    1 large green pepper
    4 medium red potatos
    2# beef, lean stew meat
    4 cups water

Directions

Chop all ingredients and place in large roasting pan. Pre-heat oven to 300. Place covered in oven for 90 min.
Can also make gravy the last 10 mins. of cook time.

    I think Angelsmithy meant for you all to add your own seasonings.... basically a good recipe. I used some dry rub on my meat with some flour and dredged it in that first. - 9/26/11

    I thought it was kind bland. added dill, garlic cloves, pepper and two bay leaves. Overall this was a good recipe! - 9/26/08
