Ingredients

3 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
6 serving Whole Wheat Bread (Whole Foods 100% Whole Wheat Bread - sliced)

Tips

This is comfort food. Don't eat too much.

Directions

Heat griddle to medium low. Lightly butter three pieces of bread and place them on the griddle. Top with drained tuna and a slice of cheese. Lightly butter the remaining pieces of bread and place them on top of the cheese on the sandwiches that are grilling. Turn over when the bottom slice is well toasted. Grill the second side until nicely browned and serve. I like mine with homemade tomato soup...recipe to follow.
