Ingredients

    2 tsp of minced garlic
    1 tbs of olive oil
    A couple splashes of lemon juice to taste
    a dash of salt and pepper

    I put this over any type of lettuce, sliced olives and sliced almonds. YUM!!!!

Directions

This makes a yummy salad for up to 4 people
