Ingredients

    4 cups brown rice, cooked
    1 cup of shredded chicken meat
    4 cups of spinach
    3 cloves of garlic, crushed
    2 cups shatake mushrooms
    1 c shredded cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well then bake in a 350* oven for 30 mins.
