super simple, sweet, healthy and all natural
no sugar or sugar substitutes
apple butter is just apples cooked down to a jam like consistancy
i buy organic everything but even conventional as long as it doesn't have any added ingredients you are doing yourself a favor
seems kinda high in sugar only because soy milk yogurt has A LOT more sugar then dairy milk yogurt, so if you can eat dairy and want the benefit of the lower sugar content this is a good recipe for you

Ingredients

    plain yogurt(i use soy but recommend goat/sheep/buffalo if you are able to go the dairy route!)
    apple butter(make sure its just apples, or apple with apple juice/concentrate)
    cinnamon


Directions

spoon a serving of yogurt into a bowl.
add a spoonful or two of apple butter
sprinkle on cinnamon (i am addicted i add at least a tablespoon! and cayenne and a little sea salt if im into it)

optional to add raw oats and let sit for an hour or overnight for instant delicious cool snack or breakfast. add nuts, seeds (whole or in butter form, depends on if you like creamy or crunchy) for a more hearty snack or meal, or use to top already cooked oats or rice.
also can be used for a dip for pretzels, apple slices or as a spread on english muffins, crackers
