Ingredients

    1 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623)
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    16 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork

Directions

Chop meat into bite size pieces, heat olive oil in skillet, brown meat in olive oil, add green pepper and onion and sauté until the texture you like. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with white rice or eat alone.
