Ingredients

    2 cups fresh whole wheat flour
    1 T baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup rice milk
    1/2 cup oil
    1/3 cup honey
    Topping:
    3/4 cup rapadura
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    dash nutmeg
    3 T butter, melted

Directions

Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center. Add egg, milk, oil and honey. Stir just until well mixed. Spread evenly in a greased 9x9 pan. In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done in the center.
