    6 oz. chicken breast, cooked & cubed
    1/4 C. Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    1 granny smith apple, cored and cubed (leave peel on)
    1/2 C. green grapes, sliced in half
    1 1/2 - 2 tsp. Curry powder, according to taste
    1-2 tsp. cumin, according to taste
    Fresh ground pepper to taste


Mix chicken, grapes and apples with sour cream & spices.

Eat as is, on a bed of lettuce, or use in a wrap or sandwich.

  • YUM!! I used canned chicken because it was convenient and I added chopped up celery and some red onion. I did not have an apple to add but I will next time! The cumin was so good... I did not expect it to "work" with the grapes but YUMMMMMMM!!! Thanks for the recipe! It is now one of my faves!!! - 5/11/10
