Ingredients

    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    3 medium Zucchini, baby
    4 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    3 tsp Garlic
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw

Tips

Serve sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese if desired. Buy prechopped veggies or do veggies ahead of time.


Directions

Saute veggies until crisp tender. Add broth and boil for 10 min. Blend in blender. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
