Ingredients

    1 large Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup brown rice
    4 table spoons hot sauce
    1/4 cup canned white beans
    1/4 cup chopped white onion
    1 table spoons bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook rice according to directions with onion and hot sauce in water. After it is done add white beans in pan with rice. Take off heat.
Core peppers and remove all seeds. Rinse then stuff with rice and bean mixture.
Mix bread crumbs and olive oil together. Top stuffed peppers with bread crumbs.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
