1 serving Cheddar - Sargento Sliced Medium Cheddar
2 oz Boar's Head - Virginia Ham
Directions
I start with Ham slices then add fresh spinach, a little bit of cheese then top it with a large egg. Salt and pepper to taste.
I like to spray the muffin pan with Pam to prevent sticking
Bake at 375 (depending on your oven for 15-20 minutes. I like my yolks fully cooked, but depending on how you like your yolks you can cook it for a shorter length of time.
