Ingredients

    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Marjoram, dried
    0.50 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.50 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Rosemary, dried
    0.50 tbsp Sage, ground
    1 tbsp Thyme, ground
    2.50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2.50 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    18 serving Bouillion Reduced Sodium Chicken flavor
    2 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
    2 tsp Salt (table)
    2 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave)
    17 cup Turkey Bone Broth - homemade
    3 cup Canned Tomatoes
    2 lb Turkey, diced

Tips

Salt to your taste. Add little by little till you can taste the salt. There is alot of boullion, but it does need some salt.


Directions

In a large pot add one large left over turkey carcass bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours. Strip the remaining turkey off the bone. Strain the broth to remove all bones. Add all the ingredients back into the pot except the precooked rice. Bring to a boil and simmer till carrots are tender. Add the rice. Remove from heat and serve.

Serving Size: 1 and 2/3 Cups- 2/3 cup of vegetables, turkey and rice strained and 1 cup of broth
