Ingredients

    2 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
    1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    6 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar

Directions

slice apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. mix oats, melted coconut oil and brown sugar, add some cinnamon and nutmeg too. divide apples into 4 oven proof containers. Top with oatmeal mixture. Cook at 350 for 30-50 minutes until bubbly
