Ingredients

    3.0 cloves Garlic
    5.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh
    2.0 oz Shrimp, raw
    2.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    14.0 gram Simply Nature Coconut Oil
    1.5 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)

Directions

You'll need a saucepan or skillet. Mince, slice, or chop the garlic, peppers, cilantro and mushrooms according to your preference. Once that's completed, take 1 tbsp on of Coconut Oil and allow the oil to melt evenly in the saucepan. Place the following into the saucepan: garlic, peppers, cilantro, mushrooms and shrimp. Add your preferred seasonings - Adobo, McCormick, etc. Cover the saucepan for about 5 minutes and let it simmer. After 5 minutes, stir the ingredients to ensure taste and readiness. Once you are satisfied with the taste and result. Place it on a bed of salad, taco, or whatever available. Serving Size: This can make up to 3 - 4 servings depending on your meal
