Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz container fat free coolwhip
    8 oz box fat free cream cheese
    3 TBSP of nonfat sour cream
    7 packets splenda (optional)
    7 med-large ripe strawberries

Directions

Whip first four ingredients and put into individual ramikins or in a pie plate and chill for a few hours. When ready to serve slice the strawberries right on top. Wonderful at only 130 calories a serving! Serves Six.

    not very great, I didn't use a mixer (mine tore up) so I just mixed it by hand and there were tons of clumps of cream cheese. It tastes like cream cheese in cool whip...I'll try it one more time with a mixer. - 1/29/10
