Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    227 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 serving Dynasty Sliced Water Chestnut (1/2 cup drained = 1 serving)
    .25 cup Soy Sauce
    3 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Tips

This is served with lettuce leaves, shredded carrotes , and any other veggie you like. I used broccoli cole slaw .


Directions

For the filling: Brown the turkey in the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add the mushrooms, scallions, garlic and water chestnuts, and cook until the mushrooms soften. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar, pour over the turkey mixture and cook 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
