    5 Large Hard Boiled Eggs, Roughly Chopped
    2 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip or Sald Dressing type spread
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    Dash Salt & Pepper (to taste)


Mix Ingredients until flavors well blended. Excellent served as a sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread.
I find this recipe to be incredibly satisfying.
