1 tsp Club House La Grille No Salt Added Steak Spice
1.75 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1-3/4 cup
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf / 2 small leaves
.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Preheat Oven to 300 F
Combine in roasting pan:
Cubed beef sirloin, trim excess fat
Garlic cloves - chopped
Onion - Chopped
Steak spice - mix well
Prepare - gravy base:
Flour and low sodium beef broth - shake well to mix, then add to meat mixture
Cover roasting pan - check after 1/2 hour and stir mixture - if gravy is too thick add more beef broth to thin.
Roast for addition 1/2 hr. checking meat for tenderness - then remove from heat and cool.
Using 'small sandwich, zip-lock bags' divide into serving sizes and freeze
