Introduction

You can use natural peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice. The natural doesn't get as creamy as the JIF. This is great for a cold morning. You can use natural peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice. The natural doesn't get as creamy as the JIF. This is great for a cold morning.

Ingredients

    26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter (or any nut butter)
    1 tbsp Honey
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Pinch Sea Salt
    .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Instructions:
Combine water and chia seeds in a small bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes
In a small saucepan on low heat melt peanut butter and honey
Stir in vanilla, salt and optional cinnamon
Stir in Chia gel to desired temperature
At this point I add frozen fruit like blueberries or strawberries. If not frozen, they can be added direct to bowl.
Pour into bowl and enjoy!
