Ingredients

    Santa Sweets Grape Tomatoes (Approx. 21 Tomatoes), 9 oz
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 cup
    Orange Bell Pepper, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Fresh Oregano, 2 tsp
    Basil, .25 tbsp
    Ronzoni Healthy Heart Whole Wheat Blend Pasta/Linguine, 376 gram
    Portabella Mushrooms, 473.2 grams
    Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese, 18 tsp
    Smithfield Extra Lean Boneless Fresh Pork

Directions

After rinsing. Chop in food processor: Peppers
Herbs. Chop onions. Put tomatoes in microwave bag and heat. Smash tomatoes in bag. After rest is chopped and all in microwave bowl and microwave some more. Cook pasta and drain. Put veggies in fry pan heat and then add pasta. Remove from heat and but in serving bowl add parmesian cheese and serve.
I used pork that was bbq earlier and sliced it.
