    1.0 cup, cubed Turnips
    1.0 cup cubed Parsnips
    2 cans stewed Tomatoes
    3.0 stalk sliced Celery
    3 carrots, sliced
    1.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh
    2 cans bean red kidney

    3 tsp Olive Oil
    1 canTomato Paste
    32 oz box Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    2.0 clove minced Garlic
    2 bay leaves
    0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Saute vegetables in olive oil Add stock, beans, toatoes, paste, spices and 2 cups water Simmer until vegetables are cooked al dente Serve with grated parmesan cheese
