Ingredients

1/2 cup Kirkland Mexican cheese
16 oz Plainville Farms Organic Ground Turkey
3 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.25 cup Half and Half Cream
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 cup OreIda Hash Brown Potatoes (by SADIE120)
Minced garlic, salt, poblano chili powder
Directions
Add Olive oil to pan and heat
brown hash browns and set aside
brown turkey and set aside
saute onions, mushrooms, butter, and spices
add swiss chard with some white wine and garlic and cover until chard wilts
stir in potatoes, turkey, and cheese
whip eggs
when mixture is thoroughly warm add whipped eggs
cook to desired consistency
