Ingredients

1/2 cup Almond flour / meal
2/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2/3 cup Coconut Oil
3 1/2 cups Unsweetened flaked coconut
3/4 cup Raw honey
1/2 tsp Sea salt
Tips
These are totally grain-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free. They’re even made with coconut oil, which is an excellent addition to your regular diet.
Line the pan with parchment paper so you don't have to get out your chisel to get them off the pan.
Directions
1. Melt honey on low heat on the stove-top.
2. Add coconut oil, melt all together.
3. Add flaked coconut and stir.
4. Add salt and vanilla extract and stir.
5. Pour in the almond meal.
6. Add in the cocoa, then stir.
7. Drop it by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet.
8. Place them in your freezer for 20 minutes, or until they are firm.
9. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
