    2 serving Boneless, skinless chicken breast fillet
    400 gram(s) Asda Smartorice Chopped Tomatoes
    100 grams Onions, raw
    0.7 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
    100 gram(s) ASDA Freshly Frozen Sliced Mixed Peppers
    2 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    15 gram(s) Asda Medium Curry Powder
    100 gram(s) Brown wholegrain rice(Tesco) (by DEZZIE)
    20 gram(s) Oxo Chicken Stock Pot with Garlic and Thyme

Directions

boil the rice as per packet instructions
dice the chicken breast
dice half the onion, slice the other half
chop the mushrooms in half
fry the chicken and crushed garlic and diced onions in the sunflower oil until golden
add everything else and simmer for 20 mins
